Who We Are

How it started

The Westmorelite™, the brainchild of a mother-son duo, was founded with an unwavering passion to share the essence of Jamaica with the world and to help build a bridge for Jamaicans who migrate to the US. The founders’ roots run deep in the island’s rich soil and part of their mission is to share stories of the island’s history, traditions, and the indomitable spirit of its people with a wider audience.

The founders envisioned a platform where the world could experience the authentic essence of Jamaica, from its traditions and folklore to its modern innovations. Thus, The Westmorelite™ was born.
